Returns and Refunds Policy (2024 update)

We hope you will love your Dr.Pen UK purchase(s) but if you want to return any* items to us within a 30** day period for a refund or replacement you can do so by getting in touch.

If you change your mind and want to use our 30 day money back guarantee all returns must be unused and in their original condition, resalable with seals intact (if applicable) this is due to the nature of the beauty products that we sell. We also charge a restocking fee of 10% for unwanted/change of mind order returns, this is to cover our staff time/packaging materials and postage costs. Please contact us if you have any queries or to open the return.

All returns unless faulty are returned at your cost, we ask that all items are returned with your full name, address and order number so they can be processed quickly and easily. On occasion we may ask for photo/video of the product before we issue a return label (if the item is classed as faulty)

It is also advisable that you return your item(s) with tracking so that we can keep you updated on your return progress.

* Unless faulty we cannot accept returns for derma rollers/ stamps due to hygiene reasons and to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues.

Please note if you wish to exchange your original purchase or if you think your item may be faulty, we will not ship any replacement product until we have received the original item back.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If this is the case a restocking fee may be charged and we may offer a credit note for the difference to be used within 6 months.

We’ll email you when we process your return. If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account. If you require an exchange or replacement we will endeavour to get your order re dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your return.
