What is the difference?
When comparing a microneedling roller vs Dr Pen there are many similarities. However the main difference between them is that the motion with the Dr Pen is fully automated and powered by a motor. While derma roller has to be pressed into skin manually. This can take some practice and can be a lot more time consuming.
Unlike a Dr Pen device with replaceable cartridges it also requires sterilization after each use, this is because the roller can be used up to 15 times.
